Terms & Conditions

These terms outline expectations for services provided by RELIA Cleaning. By scheduling service, you agree to the following:

Scheduling & Access
Clients must ensure access to the space at the scheduled time. If we’re unable to enter, the visit may be skipped and billed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or schedule changes. Last-minute changes may incur a fee.

Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in paused service until the balance is cleared.

Scope of Work
Services are based on the agreed scope from your walkthrough. Additional requests can be accommodated with advance notice.

Service Types
RELIA Cleaning provides recurring commercial cleaning, as well as one-time deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, and post-construction services. Each service is customized based on your space and needs.

Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of your business and operate with discretion. NDA agreements are available upon request.

Safety
We reserve the right to pause or decline service in unsafe or hazardous conditions.

Supply Provisioning
If enrolled, we will restock agreed-upon supplies. Excess usage may result in adjusted pricing.

Updates
RELIA Cleaning reserves the right to update these terms as needed.
